How to Watch Every NFL Game This Sunday

Thirteen games make up the NFL's first full Sunday of the season, split across three kickoff windows and three networks. The early window goes at 1 p.m. ET, the late window at 4:25 p.m. ET, and Sunday Night Football closes the day at 8:20 p.m. ET on NBC.

CBS carries four games in the early window, each built around an AFC road team: Bills at Texans, Ravens at Colts, Browns at Jaguars, and Jets at Titans, the Nashville kickoff to Robert Saleh's first game against the team that fired him in 2024 and the one this site's Godzilla's Best Bet column previewed Friday. Every CBS game streams on Paramount+ in addition to the broadcast.

Fox takes the other four early games, each with an NFC team at home: Buccaneers at Bengals, Saints at Lions, Falcons at Steelers, and Bears at Panthers. Those stream on the Fox Sports app or foxsports.com with a cable or streaming-service login, the same way as the CBS games.

Not every market sees all eight early games. CBS and Fox both split the 1 p.m. window regionally, sending each market the matchup tied to its local team rather than one national feed, so a fan's own CBS or Fox affiliate may carry a different game than the ones listed here. The late window usually runs closer to a single national game across most of the country, though local team ties can still bump it.

The 4:25 p.m. window is smaller, two games on each network. CBS has Cardinals at Chargers and Packers at Vikings. Fox has Dolphins at Raiders and Commanders at Eagles, both teams still looking for their first win after Week 1 openers elsewhere on the schedule.

Sunday Night Football sends Dallas across the Hudson to face the Giants at 8:20 p.m. ET on NBC, streaming on Peacock. New York is breaking in a new head coach, John Harbaugh, in front of a home crowd for the first time. It is the only game of the night, and NBC has built its whole broadcast around it.

Viewers outside a game's home markets can reach any of Sunday's thirteen through NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube TV or YouTube Primetime Channels, or through a live-TV streaming package that carries CBS, Fox and NBC locally. By the time Sunday's last whistle blows, only the Broncos and the Chiefs will still be waiting to open their seasons. They close the week Monday night at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, on ESPN and ABC, before the byes and the real grind of the schedule begin.
